	I have Used Ammeltz Yoko Yoko for over 10 years now. I use it on my arthritic knees and on sore shoulders at times when needed. I find it very handy as it is a liquid liniment type of treatment and it soothes sore muscles where you don't have to touch the liniment as it has an applicator pad that you use to apply the liquid rather than an ointment by hand Ian M.

	I keep a few packs of Kefentech plaster handy for accidental knocks and bruises. I got a painful nasty bruise while I was using a leg press machine. My right feet accidentally slipped and the metal part crashed onto the back of my right calf. There was some swelling and looked like it was going to hurt for the next few days.
