How to pay for your order

You may make your payment for your orders on this website via any of the modes of payment below (shown in alphabetical order). Please click on their links for details and payment instructions.

Bank

If you want to pay through your bank or their agents (ATM funds transfer / bank draft / bank transfer / bank wire / cashier's order / check / cheque / demand draft / electronic funds transfer / Internet banking funds transfer / money order / money remittance / money wire / telegraphic transfer / telex), please note that:

  • you will have to bear all the fees that the banks and their agents may charge for their services
  • you must use the payment details below
  • you must follow the specific instructions for the following:
    • Bank transfer / bank wire / electronic funds transfer / money remittance / money wire / telegraphic transfer / telex

      • You will have to bear the total bank charges of US$35.
      • You may make your payment in US dollars or Singapore dollars. If you are paying in Singapore dollars, please pay the exact SGD amount as specified in brackets in our order confirmation email to you.
    • Bank draft / cashier's order / check / cheque / demand draft / money order

      • Please make your payment in Singapore dollars and make sure the amount is drawn upon a Singapore bank. Please pay the exact SGD amount as specified in brackets in our order confirmation email to you. Please note that the banks will take about 3 working days to clear your bank draft / cashier's order / check / cheque / demand draft / money order.
      • If you want to make your payment in US dollars, please add US$60 (bank charges) to the US dollar amount of your order. Please note that the banks will take about 3 weeks to clear your bank draft / cashier's order / check / cheque / demand draft / money order.
        • The entire clearing process goes something like this: our bank will have to send your US-dollar bank draft / cashier's order / check / cheque / demand draft / money order to their agent in the US, who may then send it to a US bank or another agent, who may send it to another US bank or another agent again (and this step may repeat a few more times), who will then send it to your bank's agent in the US, who will then send it to your bank, who will then clear it and send the money in reverse order to your bank's agent in the US, who will then send it to the US banks or agents, who will then send it to our bank's agent in the US, who will then send it to our bank, who will then credit it to our bank account. This process is necessary because a foreign currency bank draft / cashier's order / check / cheque / demand draft / money order can only be cleared in the country that controls the foreign currency. At every step of the way, the banks and agents involved will charge a fee for their services, and the additional US$60 is required to cover their charges.
    • ATM funds transfer

      • You may use any ATM (Automated Teller Machine) that is provided by DBS, POSB, OCBC, UOB, Maybank, HSBC, Citibank or any other banks in Singapore.
      • Please make your payment in Singapore dollars. Please pay the exact SGD amount as specified in brackets in our order confirmation email to you.
    • Internet banking funds transfer

      • You must have an Internet banking account with DBS, POSB, OCBC, UOB, Maybank, HSBC, Citibank or any other banks in Singapore.
      • Please make your payment in Singapore dollars. Please pay the exact SGD amount as specified in brackets in our order confirmation email to you.
  • and we must receive the exact total amount as indicated in your order. Otherwise, we will have to request you to pay the difference before we can process your order. The result is that you will incur more charges and receive your order later.

Credit card via PayPal

If you want to pay quickly without much hassle and have your order processed in the shortest time possible, please make your payment online using your credit card. You can do so by selecting either "Credit card via PayPal" or "Credit card via WorldPay" during checkout.

If you select "Credit card via PayPal", you can use your Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners' Club, EnRoute and other credit cards.

You do not need to have a PayPal account if you select "Credit card via PayPal".

Upon clicking on the "Click here to make your credit card payment now" button during checkout, you will be brought to a secure credit card payment web page hosted by PayPal. Please enter your credit card number, security code, expiry date and cardholder's name. Please verify your credit card billing address, post code / zip code, country, telephone number and email address, and then click on the "Review Order and Continue" button.

Your credit card payment is not completed until you see a message on the screen informing you that it has been completed successfully, and you receive an email from PayPal informing you of the same.

Please note that we cannot process your order if PayPal does not process your payment successfully.

Credit card via WorldPay

Visa MasterCard American Express Visa Delta

If you want to pay quickly without much hassle and have your order processed in the shortest time possible, please make your payment online using your credit card. You can do so by selecting either "Credit card via PayPal" or "Credit card via WorldPay" during checkout.

If you select "Credit card via WorldPay", you can use your Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Visa Delta and Visa Purchasing credit cards.

Upon clicking on the "Click here to make your credit card payment now" button during checkout, you will be brought to a secure web page as shown below that is hosted by WorldPay, our secure credit card payment processing service provider.

After you have chosen your preferred payment currency (US dollars, euros, pounds sterling or Singapore dollars), please click on your credit card's logo. A message as shown below will appear on your screen briefly to inform you that you are being redirected to WorldPay's secure payment server.

At the secure payment page, please enter your credit card number, security code, expiry date and cardholder's name. Please verify your credit card billing address, post code / zip code, country, telephone number and email address, and then click on the "MAKE PAYMENT" button.

Your credit card details will be securely encrypted using industry standard 128-bit SSL technology and WorldPay's and unique encryption systems. We support Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode; you may have to disable your pop-up blocker software in order for these to work. For your maximum security, we do not store your credit card numbers.

Your credit card payment is not completed until you see a message on the screen informing you that it has been completed successfully, and you receive an email from WorldPay informing you of the same.

Please note that we cannot process your order if WorldPay does not process your credit card payment successfully. In most cases, this is because your bank has declined your credit card transaction. Please check with your credit card issuer / bank to resolve the problem. Alternatively, you may want to use another credit card.

We manually check all credit card transactions to ensure that your interests are protected. We will not use your credit card details for any purposes other than to charge you for the amount of your order with your permission.

MoneyGram

If you want to pay through MoneyGram (Money Transfer or eMoney Transfer), please note that:

  • you will have to bear all the fees that MoneyGram may charge for their service
  • you will have to bear a handling charge of US$5 which will be included in your total amount payable
  • you must follow the following instructions:
    • Please make your payment in Singapore dollars and please pay the exact SGD amount as specified in brackets in our order confirmation email to you.
    • Please make the MoneyGram Money Transfer payable to "Ho Chin Chan" and select "Singapore" as the receiver country.
    • Please use the Send Form supplied by MoneyGram or MoneyGram's online eMoney Transfer service in the USA.
    • Please email us your MoneyGram payment reference number and quote your order number in your email to us.
  • and we must receive the exact total amount as indicated in your order. Otherwise, we will have to request you to pay the difference before we can process your order. The result is that you will incur more charges and receive your order later.

PayPal

PayPal Verified PayPal Discover eCheck Visa MasterCard American Express

We are a PayPal verified merchant.

If you want to pay through PayPal (American Express / Discover / eCheck / Funds transfer / MasterCard / Visa), please note that the billing email address in your order must be the same as the email address that is associated with your PayPal account.

Upon clicking on the "Click here to make your PayPal payment now" button during checkout, you will be brought to a secure PayPal payment web page. Please enter your PayPal password on that page to log into your PayPal account and then click on the "Pay Now" button.

Your PayPal payment is not completed until you see a message on the screen informing you that it has been completed successfully, and you receive an email from PayPal informing you of the same.

Please note that we cannot process your order if PayPal does not process your payment successfully.

Western Union

If you want to pay through Western Union Money Transfer, please note that:

  • you will have to bear all the fees that Western Union may charge for their service
  • you will have to bear a handling charge of US$5 which will be included in your total amount payable
  • you must follow the following instructions:
    • Please make your payment in Singapore dollars and please pay the exact SGD amount as specified in brackets in our order confirmation email to you.
    • Please make the Western Union Money Transfer payable to "Chan Sow Ngoh" and select "Singapore" as the receiver country.
    • Please use the Green Form supplied by Western Union or Western Union's online Money Transfer service as shown below or call 1-800-CALL-CASH in the USA.
    • Please email us the 10-digit MTC number from your billing email address and quote your order number in your email to us.
  • and we must receive the exact total amount as indicated in your order. Otherwise, we will have to request you to pay the difference before we can process your order. The result is that you will incur more charges and receive your order later.

Please note that we do not accept Western Union Money Order payments.
