Singapore Students Won Top Awards At The 28th International Chemistry
Olympiad
At the 28th International Chemistry Olympiad held in Moscow, Russia
from 12 - 23 July 1996, the following Singapore students brought honour to
Singapore with their respective awards:
Gold Medal
- Serena Tan Yen Shan from Raffles Junior College
Silver Medal
- David Khoo Aik-Aun from Raffles Junior College
Bronze Medals
- Loh Zhi Heng from Raffles Junior College
- Jeremy Wee Tien Hsu from Victoria Junior College
This is the fifth successive year that our Singapore team won Gold
medals at the International Chemistry Olympiad.
In terms of medals won, Singapore was placed 9th out of 45
participating countries. |
