Singapore Students Won Top Awards At The 32nd International Chemistry
Olympiad
At the 32nd International Chemistry Olympiad, Copenhagen, Denmark, 2-11
July 2000, the following Singapore students brought honour to Singapore
with their respective awards:
Silver Medals
- Kok Hoong Chwan from Hwa Chong Junior College
- Geoffrey Tan Chern-Yee from Raffles Junior College
- Charles Goh Xian-Yang from Raffles Junior College
Bronze Medal
- Yap Woon Teck from Raffles Junior College
In terms of medals won, Singapore was placed 16th out of 54
participating countries, sharing the position with the Czech Republic. |
