Can you deliver my order to a hotel in Singapore?
If you wish to have your order delivered to a hotel in Singapore, please:
1. Place your order on our website and make your payment at least 7 days before you arrive in Singapore if you will be in Singapore for less than 3 days, or as soon as possible and allow us at least 5 working days to deliver your order if you will be in Singapore for more than 5 working days.
2. Enter your complete Singapore hotel address as the shipping address upon checkout, including your room number.
3. Indicate your hotel check-in and checkout dates and times, as well as the date(s) and time(s) that you want to receive your order at your Singapore hotel during checkout in the text box under "Please tell us what you like about us or how we can improve to serve you better", so that we may plan your order delivery accordingly. We can only deliver your order to your Singapore hotel either before 1 p.m. or before 6 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays.
4. Instruct your hotel's staff to expect and accept your package from us on your behalf when it arrives. The postman cannot deliver it to your hotel room's doorstep.
5. Check your email folders (Inbox, Spam, Junk, Trash) etc. for any email from us at least once a day after you have placed and paid for your order and before you have received it, just in case we encounter any issues regarding your order and need to contact you before processing it.
