I cannot find my order in my SGBox.com account. Where can I find it?

Please click on "View unprocessed orders" or "View purchase history" in your SGBox.com account. The first option lists your paid orders that we are preparing to ship to you. The second option lists your paid orders that we had already shipped to you.
