How come I didn't receive any email from you?
Unfortunately, many users of free email services such as me.com, hotmail.com and yahoo.com are not receiving email from various third parties for no apparent reasons. Therefore, if you are using one such free email service, you may not see our email to you in your Inbox, Junk or Spam folder even though we had sent our email to you. Please consider using another email address to email us so that you may receive our email replies, e.g. Gmail.
