The pole has 6 equal parts each 44 cm long, but you don't have to use all of them. The pole rests upon a base stand, so you can also adjust the base or place the base on a stool or a small table to fit your ceiling height where necessary.

Very simple and easy to set up and use:

1. Join the metal poles to form a long pole.
2. Insert the base stand into one end of the long pole.
3. Insert the other end of the long pole into the cavity on the motor unit.
4. Stand up the base unit on the floor so that the long pole is upright and the motor unit touches your ceiling.
5. Tighten or loosen the base stand accordingly so that the motor unit is firmly held against your ceiling and the base stand is firmly held against your floor. (You may also place the base stand on a flat surface, e.g. a stool, a table or a cupboard, in which case you do not need to use all the metal poles in point 1 above. If your ceiling is higher than normal, e.g. 4m, you will have to use all the metal poles and place the base stand on a stool, a table or a cupboard.)
6. Connect the plug from the motor unit to the power charger.
7. Connect the plug from the power charger to your power socket.
8. Switch on the power and use the remote control to operate the motor unit as desired.
