The choice of Singapore Maths packages for Elementary Maths depends on whether the students belong to a Express Course or a Normal Course. Students in the Express Course are good in maths and they need only four years to complete their secondary education. The more able students even take an additional maths subject called Additional Maths in 9th Grade And 10th Grade / Secondary 3 And Secondary 4, so as to prepare them for college maths in 11th Grade And 12th Grade / GCE A Level. Additional Maths is also a requisite for students who study Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
