Why didn't I receive any order confirmation email and SGBox.com Friends account activation email?
We email our customers a copy of their order each time they click on the "Confirm order and make payment" button during checkout on our website. We also send them an email when they sign up for an SGBox.com Friends account. Based on what you had described, it seems like our email had ended elsewhere instead of your Inbox. Please check your other email folders, e.g. Spam, Trash, Bulk, Junk, etc., or search them for "sgbox.com".
