I have a DHL / FedEx / TNT / UPS account. Can I use it for the delivery (aka mailing / shipping) of my order?
If you have a DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS or any other freight forwarding account and you would like to use it to forward your order to your actual shipping address, please enter the complete Singapore address of the DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS office or the freight forwarding company that will receive your order on your behalf as your shipping address upon checkout on our website. We will then ship your order to the shipping address that you have provided.
Please note that in the event that you experience any shipping issues after we have handed over your package to DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS or your freight forwarding company, you will need to liaise directly with them.
